These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Uncannycs LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the Uncanny Dynamic Coupons Cloud Service (the “Service”, hosted at autocoupon.uncannycs.com), and the merchant, developer, or organization accessing or using the Service (“Merchant”, “you”, or “your”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, generating an API key, or connecting the Uncanny Dynamic Coupons for WooCommerce plugin to the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately deactivate and discontinue use of the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides real-time, automated ranking and evaluation of promotional coupon codes for WooCommerce stores. The Service acts strictly as an algorithmic optimization layer to determine the most advantageous eligible discount for a customer cart. All final order completion, payment processing, tax calculation, and order records remain exclusively on your WooCommerce store.
3. Account Registration and API Key Security
- Account Creation: You must register with an accurate, valid business email address.
- API Key Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Cloud API License Key. Any request authenticated with your API key will be deemed authorized by your account.
- Domain Binding: License keys are bound to authorized store domains. Unauthorized sharing, sublicensing, or resale of API keys across multiple non-owned entities is strictly prohibited.
4. Service Availability & Uptime
We strive to maintain a 99.9% service availability target. However, access may occasionally be suspended for routine maintenance, emergency updates, or infrastructure upgrades. The client plugin is built with a fail-closed architecture: if the Service is temporarily unreachable, store checkouts continue operating normally without interruption.
5. Quotas, Credits, and Billing
- Request Metering: API requests to the ranking endpoint are metered against your account credit balance.
- Top-Ups and Subscriptions: Credit top-ups and recurring subscription packages are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable once computational quota has been consumed.
- Quota Depletion: If your account balance reaches zero, the ranking service pauses until balance is replenished. Native WooCommerce store operations will not be blocked.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying ranking algorithm or server infrastructure.
- Transmit automated abuse, denial-of-service attempts, or malformed payloads designed to disrupt service availability.
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive sales practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uncannycs LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
