Uncannycs LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of merchants and their end-customers. This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, processed, and safeguarded when using the Uncanny Dynamic Coupons Cloud Service (hosted at autocoupon.uncannycs.com) and the companion Uncanny Dynamic Coupons for WooCommerce plugin.
1. Core Privacy Architecture: Zero Customer PII Collection
The Service is purposefully engineered with privacy-by-design principles to minimize data transmission. We do not collect, process, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) belonging to your store customers.
Specifically, the Service NEVER collects or receives:
- Customer names or usernames
- Customer email addresses
- Billing or shipping addresses
- IP addresses of store customers
- Payment card details, bank information, or transaction tokens
- Order numbers or customer order history
2. What Data Is Processed
When the client plugin evaluates coupon eligibility during cart and checkout updates, only the following non-identifiable, operational data points are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS 1.3:

3. Merchant Account Information
When a merchant registers an account on autocoupon.uncannycs.com, we collect the merchant business email, domain name, and billing details necessary to administer the account and license keys. This data is handled in strict compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards and is never sold or shared with third parties.
4. Data Retention
- Cart Evaluation Requests: Evaluation payloads are processed in-memory in real time to return the ranked response and are immediately discarded. We do not maintain historical archives of store cart contents.
- Aggregated Logs: Anonymized performance metrics (request count, response time, HTTP status code) are retained for up to 30 days for debugging, rate-limiting, and quota monitoring.
5. Data Security
All communication between your WooCommerce store and the Cloud Ranking Engine is secured using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption with HMAC request nonces and timestamp authentication to prevent replay attacks.
6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Statement
Because the Service does not process or retain personal customer data, store owners do not need to implement customer consent banners specifically for this evaluation engine. For merchant account data, you retain full rights to request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
